Before entering the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class, enjoy a tour of the sustainable farm and a cheese tasting. You will learn the history of the farm, meet some cows, and see how they create their farmstead cheeses before being guided through a tasting of the cheeses including Point Reyes Original Blue and Toma. (Be prepared to try some not-yet-released goodies, too.)

Then the incredibly talented, Cakebread Cellars Executive Chef, Brian Streeter, will lead the group through the preparation of an amazing 5 course-menu that will highlight farm-fresh flavors and perfectly compliment the selected Cakebread wines for the day. Brian will discuss the nuances of pairing wine with food as well as share tips, tales from the Napa Valley and his coveted recipes along the way. You’ll leave your visit to The Fork with a full stomach and a new appreciation for the delicious wines of Cakebread Cellars!
