In recognition of the impact that the wine industry has on the environment (washing barrels, tanks, floors, and more), a group of Sonoma wineries, the Eighth Street Wineries, have chosen to raise funds for a global water charity, http://www.water.org. The best part? They are doing it through a wine and pairings tasting!

Participating wineries include: Stone Edge Farm, Tin Barn, Parmelee-Hill, Anaba, Three Sticks, Patz & Hall, MacRostie, Ty Caton, Talisman, and Enkidu.

Tickets: $30 Advance/$35 Door (includes all tastings and pairings, as well as a souvenir wine glass and the chance to win a half case of wine)
