Get your lamb on! This 2nd annual Lamb Jam is just the place to indulge in all things lamby, featuring 6 - 20 participating restaurants and chefs offering samples of dishes featuring American Lamb. Check out the butchery demo featuring Shepherd Don Watson and Chef Matthew Accarrino.

Friendly competitions garner awards and prizes in categories such as “Best in Show,” “People’s Choice” and “Best Leg, Loin, Shank and Shoulder” with a panel of key media representatives and event attendees.
